Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Linen & Chair Cover Rentals

Thank you for choosing ECT Linen & Chair Cover Rentals. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

  1. Acceptance of terms: By accessing and using the website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
  2. Rental Agreement Deposit and Payment: We accept all major credit cards. A 50% deposit is due at the time of the rental reservation.  Final count and payment in full are due no later than 14 days prior to the event date. We are unable to accept personal checks. Final payment must be made with a valid credit card which will help us with the security deposit on all rentals. Once the order is placed, the customer authorizes ECT Linen & Chair Cover Rental to charge the credit card immediately for the owed amount. This means we will charge your credit card before receiving your signed contract back to our office.
  3. Cancellation Policy: The customer may cancel the order at any time for any reason from the date of the order up to 14 days before the date without a cancellation fee being imposed.  The remaining deposit amount shall be returned. Cancellation of the customer order reservation 14 days after the date of the event will result in failure of the entire 50% deposit made at the time of the contract.
  4. Late Returns: All products/items must be returned on time as agreed upon in the rental contract agreement Late returns, customers agree to be charged an additional late fee for each day. If Products/items are not returned after 7 days the charge will be equal to the value of the products/items rented.
  5. Products and Items Conditions: ECT Linen & Chair Cover Rentals Guarantees that all products/items are provided without defect and in good condition. The customers accept all responsibility for any damage or injury caused by the use of the products/items.
  6. Damage and Cleaning Fee: The customers will be charged for any product/items returned damaged or excessively dirty, plus the cost to clean, repair, or replace the product/items to its original rental conditions. The customer will be charged the full cost for any products/items that are lost or not returned.
