Thank you for choosing ECT Linen & Chair Cover Rentals. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
- Rental Agreement
- Deposit and Payment: A deposit of $50 or 10% of the total is required to secure the date and items. The full balance must be paid 14 days prior to the event. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the order.
- Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs more than 14 days in advance, a full refund will be provided. If a cancellation occurs within 7-14 days of the event, a 50% refund will be given. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
- Late Returns
- Equipment must be returned on time as agreed upon in the rental contract. Late returns will incur a charge of $50 per hour for every hour the equipment is late.
- Equipment Condition
- ECT Linen & Chair Cover Rentals guarantees that all equipment is provided without defect. The client accepts all responsibility for any damage to or injury caused by the use of the equipment.
- Damage and Cleaning Fees: The client will be charged $100 for any equipment returned damaged or excessively dirty, plus the cost to clean, repair, or replace the item to its original rental condition. The client will be charged the full cost for any item that is lost or not returned.
- Liability
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold ECT Linen & Chair Cover Rentals harmless from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising out of the use or misuse of the rented equipment.
