Rental Policy

_____________________________ (hereafter “Client”) and ECT Linen & Chair Cover Rentals, LLC (hereafter “Supplier”) hereby agree to the following:

Refer to order form for specific list of items being rented and event details.

A Deposit of $50 or 10% of the total is required to secure the date and items. 100% of the balance must be paid 14 days prior. If a cancellation occurs more than 14 days in advance a refund will be provided. If a cancellation occurs within 7-14 days the Client will receive a 50% refund. If cancellation occurs within 7 days, no refund will be provided.

If the product is returned late, the Client will be charged $50 per hour for every hour that it’s late.

The Supplier guarantees that all product is without defect. However, the Client accepts all responsibility for damage to or injury caused by use of the product.

The Client will be charged according to the value of the damage product or excessively dirty plus the cost to clean, repair or replace to original rental condition. The Client will be charged the full cost of any item that is lost or not returned. The Client will be charged the full cost of any item that is lost or not returned.
