Rental Policy

ECT LINEN & CHAIR COVER RENTALS LLC -STRIVE TO PROVIDE HIGH-QUALITY RENTAL SERVICES FOR YOUR EVENTS. WE UNDERSTAND THE PLANS CAN CHANGE, UNDER WHICH REFUNDS ARE ISSUED. CUSTOMERS MUST ARGEE TO THE TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT IN ORDER TO FINALIZE A TRANSACTION. NO CHANGES TO THE TERM SHALL BE EFFECTIVE UNLESS MADE IN WRITING BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ECT LINEN & CHAIR COVER RANTALS LLC. PLEASE READ POLICY CAREFULLY.

Deposit Requirements:

We Accept all major credit cards; A 50% deposit is due at the time of the rental reservation. Final count and payment in full are due no later than 14 days prior to the event date. We are unable to accept personal checks. Final payment must be made with a valid credit card which will be held as security deposit on all rentals. Once the order is placed the customer authorizes ECT linen & Chair Cover Rentals to charge the customer credit card’s immediately for the owed amount. This means we will charge your credit card before receiving your signed contract back in our office.

Delivery & Return:

All linens, chair covers, sash, table runner and other rental products orders will be scheduled for delivery at least one business day before the event date, subject to inventory availability, and returned within the next day after the event date. The customers agree to be charged an additional late return fee for each day. If the items are not returned after 7 days, the charge will be equal to the value of the items rented.  ECT Linen & Chair Cover Rentals can deliver and pick up your reserve items for a charge depending on distance. There will be No Fee/ charges on the items if rental reserve is picked up and returned by the customer.

Cancellation:

The customer may cancel the order at any time for any reason from the date of the order up to 14 days before the date of the event without a cancellation fee Being imposed.

The remaining deposit amount shall be returned. Cancellation of the customer order reservation after 14 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of the entire 50% deposit made at the time of the contract.

Inspection & Guarantee:

ECT Linen & Chair Cover Rentals inspects all rental items prior to delivery. The customers are responsible for inspecting the rental items prior to use on the event date. ECT Linen & Chair Cover Rentals, ECT wants to insure the rental items received are what was ordered before the date of your event, and make sure your order is correct and in good condition. A notification of missing items must be made to ECT Linen & Chair Cover Rentals upon delivery or before the event date. ECT Linen & Chair Cover Rentals will make every reasonable attempt to replace any defective, damaged or missing items before the event date, please allow a reasonable amount of time to correct the issue.  If this is not possible a refund will be made for the rental cost of such damage or missing items. The customer will be responsible for all damaged, lost, altered, or missing items, all items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Terms:

The customer understands that a breach of a contract will result in a collection of fees [by ECT Linen & Chair Cover Rentals LLC.
